Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. This is a charming house built in 1920 right in Saranac Lake. It gives a campy feeling of being nestled in the woods. There are views of Lake Flower and its boat launch from the wrap around porch or patio. In the heart of the Adirondacks, and just 8 miles from Lake Placid, after hiking, boating, fishing, canoeing, or just exploring come home and relax in this spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a large kitchen, dining and living room or have a nice family cookout from the bbq.

This private guest space in the second floor of our garage has it's own entrance, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom in a very convenient location. We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.

Dog friendly surrounded by woods (one neighbor to the side) 2 bedroom cabin, one bathroom, full kitchen, spacious living room with leather furniture. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a TV. Enjoy the fireplace outside along with the screened gazebo. There is a screened in back porch off the kitchen for enjoying food or drinks, facing the woods.
