Near wineries, wedding venues, restaurants, golf, casinos, 20 minutes to Old Town Temecula. 30 min. to Oceanside. 45 min. to SD zoos. The casita is connected to the main house by the garage, there are no adjoining walls to the main house. It is a separate residence & has its own gated parking area.

Newly built 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom property in Temecula Valley centrally located between Los Angeles, San Diego, and Orange County. Includes kitchenette and an outdoor lounge with BBQ. They land outside our fence most days!
