Guadalupe cottage

The cozy cottage can accommodate 4 adults & 4 children with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. Outside is a covered porch with four chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table. ***Linens are not provided for 30+ night stays, a monthly linen bundle may be purchased***

Tiny House Hideaway

This tiny house is the perfect spot to relax under the Texas sky surrounded by live oaks and wildlife. Located 10 miles off I-35 in the Hill Country where you can spend time tubing the river, playing at Schlitterbahn, antiquing in Gruene or the day in Austin or San Antonio, about an hour away. River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants. Brodie's Bungalow on Lake Dunlap

Our cozy 1,000 sq. ft. guest house is located on an acre of land on Lake Dunlap in New Braunfels. We are 4 miles from downtown New Braunfels, and 5 miles from Gruene. Our main residence is on the same property, but you will enjoy your own space; the only thing we share is the main driveway into the property. This is a waterfront property-Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the Liability Waiver in the house rules.

The Castell Haus
