Eateries and shopping, 6 blocks to the Louisiana Tech University campus (great for walking, jogging, or biking). A few minutes' drive to any area of Ruston - 3 minutes from I-20. Centrally located to Grambling State University. There is a full kitchen, luxurious bathrooms with walk-in-shower, large living area with 50" TV & 4 bedrooms, 5 beds.

This newly renovated family home located in a clean, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to Century Link in the heart of North Monroe. This home contains all of the necessary amenities for a small family including all Kenmore appliances (washer and dryer included). The large back yard great for pets, the residence has a 6 ft. privacy fence with a deluxe gas grill perfect for cookouts. This residence CAN NOT be used as an event center this is our family home. This is a true Luxury floating home over looking Moon Lake on the Ouachita River. Park your boat under a covered slip right next to the cabin. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing get-a-way including kayaks, charcoal grill, parking for boat trailer and vehicle. We have a 35 year old minimum age limit and do not allow groups. 1921 Sears & Roebuck farmhouse. Completely renovated in 2022. Offers 2500 square feet, large front porch, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, complete kitchen, 2 car carport, large yard, peaceful setting, yet only 2 miles to LA Tech and downtown Ruston. No pets allowed and no parties.
