There is a 4 night minimum stay May - September and a 2 night minimum stay December - February. It is a 15 mins walk to the waterfront. The unit has no air conditioning. Pets are not allowed. This is one side of a duplex unit with a common wall. You will share the deck on the front of the duplex with the adjoining unit. Please read all house rules before book.
