Modern Vermont Village Farmhouse - Guest House

Our home is located in the middle of the beautiful village of Bristol; our private guesthouse is only a few minutes walk to town with great restaurants, a few bars, shopping, and specialty stores. The village of Bristol is in the heart of the Green Mountains close to Middlebury and Burlington, major ski areas, Lake Champlain, minutes to Vermont's best mountains, rivers, swimming holes, fishing, hiking, and biking. We have lived here over 25 years and we will be happy to guide you any way we can.

This quiet, charming neighborhood is a treasure. Lake Champlain , on the 14 mile bike path. Bikes available. microwave, small fridge, toaster oven, Keurig coffeemaker provided, Wifi, HD Smart TV, Netflix , Amazon Prime, DVD, Roku, HuluTV, CD player, screened in front porch. Locking gate at the top of the stairs.There is not a kitchen. Not recommended for guests who what to cook. Two bedrooms one full bath and one half bath. LGBTQ always welcome. Well behaved doggie parents and dogs allowed.

Malletts Bay Flat

Newly remodeled with a separate entrance to first level of a raised ranch home. Private bathroom, queen sized bed and sitting area. There are down pillows and comforter on the bed. Eating area with table and chairs, microwave and fridge. Heated by a gas stove. We are a 10 minute drive to Burlington and a 10 minute walk to Bayside Beach and Park with lighted tennis courts and beach. There is a grocery/liquor store a 5 minute walk away. No pets allowed due to severe allergies in family member.

Centrally located within minutes to all Colleges, UVM Med Ctr, Down Town Burlington, Lake Champlain and Golf Courses. Relax in one of many ADK chairs while enjoying incredible sunsets over Lake Champlain and the ADK Mtns. The 1 BR suite shares no space with the main home and has its own entrance and bathroom. We do have a very strict NO PET policy. The islands are accessible by road from the VT side and either bridge or ferry from NY. Please read the full description about the rental prior to booking.

Plenty of restaurants in a 20 minute radius. Closest ski area is Middlebury snow bowl ( +- 40 min)

Silver lake is a private lake approximately 3.5 miles long end to end with perimeter shoreline of 13+miles. Nice for swimming, fishing, paddling and relaxing lakeside.
