The house in the bush

We offer our former family home in the true original spirit of Air BnB. Our house is not a hotel but we are confident it has everything you need to enjoy a true hospitable Australian experience. Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac, this home in the bush is the perfect spot from which to enjoy local attractions such as The Territory Wildlife Park, jumping crocodile cruise, Litchfield National Park, Fogg Dam, Mary River Park and is just a two hour drive from Kakadu, or 40 minutes to Darwin.

Finches Hideaway

This bungalow has everything you need to walk straight in and start your holiday. It is one of the most spacious bungalows with 4-bedroom areas and a large fully screened-in entertainer's deck. The deck is perfect to start the morning watching the finches hide in the grasses and end the day watching the sunset. Located on the western side of the lake it is a quite hideaway perfect for families to reconnect. It has its own boardwalk access into the lake and water-toys for everyone to enjoy.

Riverside Homestead

Located on the banks of Darwin River, you can forget your worries in this spacious and relaxing home set on 30 acres. Swim in the pool, watch the wildlife at the rivers edge, try to hook a million dollar Barra, visit the cows in the paddock or marvel at the amazing backdrop of clear, starlit skies in the dry and dramatic tropical storms in the wet. A great place to visit with friends or family, only 5 minutes to the local pub and shop and close to Berry Springs waterhole and nature park.

Howard Springs Tropical Getaway

A private 5 acre rural property set amongst established tropical gardens, only a short 20 minutes to Darwin CBD and Mindil Beach, with a 5 minute drive to the local shopping precinct of Coolalinga. A central location for all the must see tourist locations for your Top End trip. Explore the waterholes of Litchfield NP or head to Dundee Beach for a fishing trip. Kakadu NP is within easy reach. Relax and enjoy the native wildlife on the property while having a BBQ or cooling off in the pool.

Cute bungalow on the edge of Lake Bennett. One bedroom, two bathrooms. Can accommodate up to four people maximum. King-sized bed and two single mattresses. Step off the verandah, walk across the lawn and you're at the water's edge. Fully equipped with gas cook-top, microwave, Weber Q gas bbq, cooking utensils. Kayaks. Free to air TV (via satellite). Bring your own sheets and towels, and clean up before you leave (this is how we manage to keep the cost down). No pets (sorry, lake rules).

Your cabin offers a king single bed, ensuite, air-conditioning, TV, bar fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Our supermarket, tavern, bistro and swimming pool are right at your fingertips. Short and long term stays are welcome.
