Zwischen Burgau und Luz gelegen, erreicht ihr in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß den malerischen Strand "Praia da Luz". This house is centenary, and was rebuilt with love and taste. You will love to stay in a traditional portuguese accomodation, decorated with historical details. Enjoy the beautiful open space (with living room, kitchen and room in mezzanine), or relax in the privacy of the second bedroom, or feel the sunshine in the cozy yard that separates both sleeping spaces, something that only happens in centennial houses. Close to beaches, historical places, shops, restaurants and all the fun! Best ever!

Bathroom w/ shower cabine. 2nd Fl. - Terrace w / view over the ocean, table w/ 4chairs, 2 sunbeds and washing machine. The house is located 1 km away from the center of Lagos and 1.5 km from the nearest beaches (potato beach, students and pinhão) Free parking in the surrounding area.

Casa do Limoeiro is in a very quiet area, 5 min walk from the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarket. It has plenty of natural light and a spacious terrace facing the ocean. The kitchen has a balcony with BBQ. It is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, ironing board and iron, electric mixer, electric citrus juicer, coffee machine, toaster and of course stove with oven and fridge. The house has cable TV, wifi and a stereo system where you can plug in your mp3 player.

Com uma vista sobre o mar fantástica, um espaço onde reina a tranquilidade. Para quem aprecia umas ferias tranquilas ,esta é uma excelente opção. Uma casa tipicamente algarvia. Com um espaço exterior fantástico . Poderá sempre utilizar a nossa piscina e apreciar de uma vista magnifica da Meia Praia.

Apartment very spacious with a split level - living area downstairs and bedrooms up stairs- handy having two bathrooms (especially having one upstairs) . The location only a 2 min walk into the centre of town, but not to be right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Lagos bars and night scene. Two balconies - one that catches the sun early in the morning, and another overlooking the square which is ideal for a relaxing evening drink.

Somente a 2 minutos da avenida de Lagos e junto às muralhas antigas do antigo Castelo. Certamente irá adorar passar uns dias de descanso nesta nova casa em Lagos a pensar em si!

Cottage with Patio & BBQ in Historic Centre

A magical cottage with a private patio in the heart of the walled old town – seconds away from all the fun, food and shopping and only 10 minutes to the nearest beach, but tucked away on a quiet cobbled street. I bought the cottage as a ruin in 2016 and have lovingly refurbished it using local craftsmen and materials. I hope you enjoy the transformation as much as I do!
