Ludwig Guesthouse at Lagodekhi protected areas

The guesthouse Ludwig is unique for its location. The name itself came from our address as we are located at Ludwig Mlokosevichi #1. Ludwig Mlokosevichi was the Polish scientist, who initiated the founding of Lagodekhi protected areas, our treasure and pride. Because of this we decided to call the guesthouse Ludwig. There is Lagodekhi protected areas in a 100 meters walking distance. We try to make guest feel like a local, offer homemade breakfast and he dinner, joyful piano evenings.

Welcome to HABITAT – a peaceful farmhouse on the edge of Lagodekhi forest. Surrounded by fields, woodland, and a natural reservoir, our 3,500 m² property offers complete privacy with no neighbors. Each room has a private bathroom, views, and access to shared green spaces. Designed by a landscape architect, HABITAT blends comfort, ecology, and charm. It’s also the perfect base for hikers, with trails to Ninoskhevi Waterfall, Black Rock Lake, and Machi Fortress nearby.

This house has everything you need: big bed, work desk, huge terrace with a gorgeous mountain view, small bath and toilet. On our 12 hectares of land you can find people to talk to, trees to climb, rivers to swim, fields to dance, mountains to see. Communal house is available 24/7 with free tea and coffee. 3 meals a day from our organic farm for extra price. Place belongs to an international community that is open for new members.

At the Apartment, every room is equipped with a closet. Apartment has a private bathroom equipped with a bath , a hairdryer, a washing machine and all the necessary things. Guest are avaliable to use private kitchen, which is equipped with fridge, oven and all the necessary staf in kitchen. Apartment has a sitting area with sofa. Guests are avaliable to use TV, WIFI, Blower and heating. Rooms feature mountain or garden views.
