Renovated in 2025 the Coach House offers two large bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, a family bathroom, separate loo, an open-plan kitchen dining room and a spacious sitting room with a log burner. Bi-folding doors from the dining area open out onto the garden terrace where you can sit back and enjoy the views of the countryside beyond.

Kingsley Glamping Pods - The Beech Pod

A luxurious self-contained glamping pod in the garden of our family home. Located on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds (AONB) the Beech Pod is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for a relaxing getaway or to explore the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. The pod has access to an indoor heated hot-tub. We are dog-friendly, and charge an extra fee of £30 for your stay (maximum of 2 dogs).
