Wunderbares Ski-, Wander- und Bikegebiet mit 120 km Pisten bis 2300 m, Lauflaufloipen (300 m vom Haus), Badesee (gratis), Spielplätzen, Tennis.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house and an additional private ensuite accessible from outside, there’s plenty of space for family and friends. Warm up around the Speckstein oven inside or enjoy evenings by the outdoor fireplace under the stars. The large, open yard offers endless room to relax, play, and soak in the Alpine serenity. The house has all you need for a relaxing vacation.

Übrigens der perfekte Hausberg für Skitouren für geübte wie auch für Anfänger. Hochwang auch ein Hotspot für Snowkiten. In 30 Minuten ist man im Skigebiet Arosa oder im Skigebiet Lenzerheide die mit einander verbunden sind 225 km Pisten! Bergsommer: Wandern und biken. Downhill Hotspot Chur oder Lenzerheide.

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is parking in the underground garage and easy access to the village. Close to shops and the bus stop.

Auch das Skigebiet ist mit dem Shuttlebus oder Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Gegend bietet ganz besondere Wander- und Bikerrouten. Der Baumwipfelpfad zählt zu den neusten Attraktionen und startet in nächster Nähe.

Nestled in a region known for its hiking trails, skiing and mountain biking, this chalet offers the ideal base for adventure and relaxation. Inside you will find a cozy atmosphere with 5 comfortable beds, and two bathrooms, one of which includes a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a spacious terrace with a barbecue.

Fantastic, stylish and very personally furnished 5,5 room chalet in Graubuenden style in best location, view of the alpine panorama. The house is designed for a maximum of 7 people, ideal for a family as well as for 2 couples on holiday together. It is quietly situated in a dead-end street. Nevertheless, it is only 80 metres from the garage to the bus stop, from where a free shuttle bus takes you to the valley station of the mountain railway in a few minutes.
