Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

L'arredo ricercato e la tipicità della casa di montagna conferiscono calore e charme all'ambiente. Distribuzione dei locali ottimale per la privacy di ogni coppia (camera+bagno ad ognuno dei 3 livelli, 4° camera/soppalco con letto non visibile dal soggiorno). Il garage è situato a 250 mt dall'alloggio è appena sotto le piste (100 mt) e consente un comodo deposito per sci e scarponi.

A 10 minuti d’auto da Courmayeur, la ristrutturazione conservativa di questa “Antica Baita” dona uno spazio unico ed esclusivo. Baita indipendente su tre lati in borgo soleggiato. Alloggio su due piani. Parcheggio di fronte a casa, comodo e gratuito. Piano Terra: ingresso, camera matrimoniale con stufa a legna e bagno. Primo Piano: soggiorno luminoso e panoramico con cucina, camino funzionante a legna, alti soffitti, grandi vetrate e due balconi con vista aperta sulla valle e sulle montagne.

C'est la nature qui vous entoure. Havre de paix, un cadre unique, au ronronnement du torrent du Valsorey. Le Cabanon du Pont St-Charles se trouve sur les hauteurs du village de Bourg-St-Pierre, niché face au magnifique jardin alpin de La Linnaea. Notre cabanon ainsi que sa terrasse sont construits avec du matériel noble comme le mélèze et sapin. Un fourneau à bois pour les moments douillets. Un espace vert d'environ 350 m2 pour se relaxer, détendre, boire le thé, l'apéro ou grillades...

L'abitazione, indipendente e immersa nel verde, dispone di un'ampia camera matrimoniale al piano rialzato. Al piano terreno la cucina soggiorno, il bagno con l'antibagno e nel soggiorno un caminetto. All'esterno area verde con tavolo, sedie, sdraio, ombrellone. Prenditela con calma, in questo spazio unico e rilassante.

Lo Grenier - Chalet con vista a Saint Barthélemy

È una tipica casa di montagna, situata nel villaggio Le Cret a 1770 m di quota, la cui costruzione risale al XVI secolo e veniva utilizzata come granaio per lo conservazione dei cereali. Si tratta di una porzione di fabbricato che fa parte di un complesso completamente ristrutturato e, come per le altre unità abitative, la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.

Enjoy incredible views of Mont Blanc from the balcony and the luscious garden, which surrounds this unique getaway. In winter you can walk up to the main Chamonix lift (10 mins in ski boots) for skiing on the Brévent, or take the ski bus from here to the other ski areas. In summer there are some amazing hikes straight from this small chalet to the Brévent.
