Muy cerca del mar, en un terreno de 1000 m. elevado desde el que disfrutar de la naturaleza y de unas vistas privilegiadas al Mediterraneo a través de amplios ventanales. Luz y color. Spacious sea-side house with magnificent views

This was my grand-parents house. Built in the 60s as one of the first houses in the bay of Altea in a place with spectacular views of the sea and the mountains and just 300 steps to the beach. Big garden, terraces in all directions, lots of light and everything we ever needed to be happy. We spiced it up with a pool and AC, but you can still see the marks of four generations adding their own loving touches, so this is not one for the purists. But a place to be happy with family and friends.
