Si tratta di un appartamento ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioarchitettura nel rispetto del casale che risale alla metà del diciottesimo secolo. I voltini e una parete nella zona giorno lasciata a vista enfatizzano l'antichità del luogo in cui soggiornerete. La cucina è moderna con piano a induzione ed è dotata di ogni utensile per cucinare. Il tavolo è un pezzo unico che arricchisce l'ambiente. Il bagno è di ultradesign in modo particolare la doccia che è stata ricavata da una nicchia.

Natursteinhaus Casa Vittoria

Lucinasco ist ein idyllisch gelegenes Bergdorf in Ligurien. Schon die Anreise durch üppige Olivenhaine ist eine grosse Freude. Die Herstellung von Olivenöl prägt das gesamte Dorfleben. Ein kleiner See liegt am Ortsausgang. Hängende Trauerweiden umsäumen das Ufer und eine alte Kapelle aus dem Mittelalter runden das Bild gut ab. Von Casa Vittoria hat man einen schönen Blick über die Olivenhaine auf die Kathedrale Santa Maddalena bis hin zum Meer. Ein Spaziergang dorthin lohnt sich allemal.

Una stanza sull’Oggia

Uno spazio semplice e romantico, una stanza vera senza fronzoli con angolo cottura e un terrazzino che si affaccia sul fiume: da qui si intravede un piccolo ponticello in pietra... e il rumore dell'acqua che scorre. L’alloggio è un’unica grande volta: tutta la casa è stata restaurata utilizzando materiali naturali, calce e vernici fatte con farina e olio di lino. Per i mesi invernali c’è una stufa a legna che gli ospiti potranno gestire in autonomia. Viene fornita la legna per il soggiorno.

Alloggio ristrutturato secondo la tradizione locale, dove la pietra e il legno si fondono creando un’ambiente unico dal sapore di altri tempi.
