Introducing a private oasis of comfort and charm, our newly renovated tiny house. This simple retreat is a testament to minimalist luxury and offers a convenient escape near Kona International Airport and downtown Kailua Kona. The exterior of the tiny house is a harmonious blend of rustic charm and simple design, featuring a quaint porch, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or working on the computer while gazing at the pacific ocean.

Situated on the island's western side at a cool 1300ft elevation, this small cottage is suitable for two people. Privacy is the keyword. This is a quiet, clean, peaceful place with A/C. It is near the airport, town, and beautiful beaches, located in a safe, affluent neighborhood. After the lava eruption on the other side of the island in 2018 subsided, we are now thrilled to have the best air quality and blue skies since 2007!

Just 10 minutes from Kona International Airport, this private studio is perfectly situated as the start for your Big Island adventure. It's just 10 minutes from the airport and around 10 minutes to one of the most beautiful white sand beaches on the island. You will be surrounded here by lush tropical plants and flowers at the elevation of around 1000ft.
