It is located in Krotiri, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Parikia, 3km from the town center (vehicle recommended) and just 500m from the magnificent and wind-sheltered beach of Martselo. It is part of the "Exochi Traditional Houses", a complex of four independent and fully equipped houses with spectacular sea views.

Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. The harbor, the beach and two public parking lots are also very close to the apartment.

Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas.
