Ovaj udoban 75m² jednosobni stan je potpuno novi i moderan,prostran i sunčan sa neverovatnim pogledom na more i planine,kao privatnim djakuzijem na terasi. Stan se nalazi na roof top-u ville. Stan je idealan smeštaj za parove,porodicu ili prijatelje u potrazi za udobnim boravkom u mirnom rustikalnom području, ali u isto vreme samo deset minuta vožnje do Starog grada Kotora. Iz apartmana se pruza predivan pogled na nas zaliv.

This charming 200 years old stone house of typical Mediterranean style is located in the center of Prčanj, a small and picturesque village with rich maritime history and tradition. The villa is close to the beach and just 15 minutes drive from Kotor Old Town. Nearby you can find a grocery store/mini market, restaurants, coffee bars, bakery, post office, etc. On the walking distance from the house, there are five restaurants at the seaside offering traditional Mediterranean menu.
