Sastoji se od dvije sobe, kuhinje, kupaone i velike terase. U dvorištu je parkirno mjesto, roštilj i vanjski tuš. U blizini je dućan, caffe bar i restoran.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

On the ground floor is a living room with a dining room, separate kitchen and bathroom. While on the first floor, there are 2 double rooms and 1 single room and a bathroom.
