The 80 sq/m apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a balcony, a bathroom and one toilet. Central heating system is available in all rooms and both bedrooms are air conditioned. One bedroom is equipped with a double king-size bed and a walk-in closet with a safe box in it, while the other one is equipped with two single beds (120 cm wide), a desk and a closet. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.
