Only 45 minutes to Nelson or Castlegar, and an hour to Red Mountain or Whitewater resorts. Slocan Lake and Valhalla Wilderness Provincial Park are 20 minutes away. Winlaw offers all the essentials: restaurants with patios, boutique stores, organic grocery, gas station, post office, hardware store, and bus stop.
