Landelijk en zeer rustig gelegen in de Antwerpse zuidrand maar toch dichtbij Lier (9 km), Mechelen (12 km) en Antwerpen (15 km). Naast de woning ligt het natuurgebied "Oude spoorwegberm" . Er zijn ook meerdere wandel- en fietsroutes in de buurt. Er is een grote leefruimte met volledig ingerichte keuken, badkamer met douche en bad en 3 slaapkamers voor 7 gasten. ** PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE BOOKING ** The flat is located on the 2nd floor (USA: 3rd floor) on a quiet street in the green residential area of Wilrijk. Both bedrooms face the street but there's very little traffic. It's bright and cozy. The living areas are in a large open-space design. No upstairs neighbours. There is no elevator, no cable TV, no microwave, and no A/C. I'm the host of two identical flats on the two floors below, which, if available, can be combined.
