Իմ տարածքը մոտ է օդանավակայանին: Շատ հանգիստ և հիանալի տեսարան դեպի ծովածոց և լողափ ՝ պատշգամբից և տեռասայից ։ Իմ տարածքը հարմար է զույգերի, ընտանիքների (երեխաների հետ) և 6 հոգանոց խմբերի համար ։ Բնակարանը բաղկացած է 3 երկտեղանի ննջասենյակից , 3 լոգասենյակից , խոհանոցից, պատշգամբից և տեռասայից ։
