Kevs Cottage

Surrounded by the serenity of rural landscapes, peace and quiet, the two bedroom original stockmans cottage located on working cattle station, (Pinnacle station) privately set well away from main house. Kevs cottage is located 20 min north of Gin Gin and 5min to Lake Monduran. Kev Cottage includes a well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms, dining and lounge areas. Outside is a three bay garage with extra height to keep your boat out of the weather. The cottage is fenced and dog friendly ☺️

Gentle slope from the house to the creek, watch your rod from the Patio. Try your luck at some shore based fishing or crabbing, however if you have a boat a council maintained boat ramp is only 600 mtrs away! Explore Rules Beach and Deepwater National Park or simply just chill out on the block.
