Cozy Larkspur Cabaña

The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

Large room with separate entrance, private bathroom & deck in a stunning redwood grove in large Mill Valley home on the Middle Dipsea steps. Our ‘park like’ one acre property has spectacular views of Mount Tam. It is 3 mi. via Dipsea trail to Muir Woods, 7.5 miles from Stinson and a 10 min walk down the steps to town. You’ll have on site parking and safe storage for bikes, surfboards, scuba gear, etc. We are experienced Air BnB hosts and travelers who know what you need to enjoy Marin.

A quiet retreat setting with easy access to the throughways in all directions, this is a perfect Marin rest stop for any short or mid-term stay. Located across the street from the Bay with stunning views, beach access close by. San Quentin is a little-known gem of a historic town and will be a memorable place to stay. No kitchen access or fridge/microwave.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in the privacy of your own cottage. Make the most of easy access to the surrounding hiking/running and biking trails - soak up the magic of Mt Tam, Muir Woods, the famous Dipsea trail, Stinson and Muir beaches before returning to the cottage to relax. Alternatively it's easy to explore downtown Mill Valley by walking down the Dipsea steps or driving.

Our place is great for folks who love the outdoors, music, small town charm. We are around the corner from a famous mountain bike trail. A 10-20 minute walk takes you from one end of our town to the other. Including the best ever organic ice cream shop, a deluxe health food store, live music, brew pubs. Fairfax is a destination town with fun boutiques, drop-in yoga, eclectic restaurants including an exotic tea salon, and hundreds of cyclists touring through. Maximum stay: 6 nights.

This lovely little private studio is located on the lower level of our 3-story home in a magical redwood grove in Fairfax, California. The unit has a cozy Murphy bed, kitchenette, dishwasher, and bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy a private outdoor deck and patio surrounded by redwoods. There are two sweet cats on the premises. They don’t hang out in the unit but they love to visit guests and may occasionally enter the unit.
