It is the ideal family apartment. Besides 2 bedrooms and a living room, there is also a fully equipped, spacious kitchen with a comfortable table and a beautiful bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet as well as an extra toilet.

Nachbarn gibt es keine (Einzellage). Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.
