Enjoy the beach with a 180 degree ocean view. perched atop the sand dunes the Aerie features west and north facing windows allowing you to see the surf almost anywhere in the cabin. The Aerie is a state of the art off-grid cabin featuring indoor bathroom with compost toilet and heated shower. For heat this cabin has thermostat controlled hydronic base board heaters and a wood stove for secondary heat or romantic evenings. The Aerie is the closest you can get to the beach!

Large open-concept kitchen/living area, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom. This is a lower level suite with the Owner upstairs. The suite is private with a shared / common entry area and laundry. A few acres just minutes from Smithers downtown. The Cottage's vista views up to Hudson Bay peaks. Kathlyn Creek meanders through the property, making for a great summer and winter retreat. It may be a "wee" Cottage, but a kid's loft and en-suite bedroom make for a cozy getaway for a family of 4 or friends. Kids under 3 stay free. The kitchenette is stocked for your first couple of breakfasts, including daily fresh eggs.

This lovely cabin sits on two wooded, secluded beach-front acres in Naikun Park. The warm and cozy 600 sq ft modern off-grid home is made for days on the beach and quiet reflection. After swimming in the sea rinse yourself in the hot outside shower and then sweat in the wood fired sauna before checking your email or settling down to read by the wood burning stove.
