There are 2 incredible beaches within walking distance of the cottage as well as amazing scenery. Island hopping adventures abound with 4 ferries within a short drive offering day trips to Gigha, Islay, Jura, Arran and Cowal.

Located in one of the most secluded parts of Scotland, Davaar Island provides a tranquil rural retreat. The Lighthouse Keepers Cottage has been restored into a beautiful, spacious and luxurious 1/2 bedroom cottage in its own private compound. The cosy interior and sweeping ocean views makes the cottage a perfect option. The Anchorage, Arrochar, was built circa 1913 and has been newly upgraded in December 2019 giving the cottage a luxurious interior with gas central heating and beautiful wood burning stove. Two ensuites and a beautiful bathroom provides guests with plenty of room whilst the large garden with pizza oven and BBQ has amazing views where guests can relax on the decking or seek shade in the lean to. Everyone can use the fire pit, games room or play area to keep occupied or use the Kayaks provided.
