Whilst literally a stone's throw from the beach and within the sound of the rolling waves, this is a ground-floor property and does not have direct sea views. This spacious three bed apartment has been sensitively renovated, whilst maintaining its period features of 1894, including original fireplaces in every room, the tiniest letter box and cornicing worthy of a wedding cake! There are 6 steps down to access the front door, these are well lit and have a very good hand rail. Private use of the entire apartment. There are three large bedrooms, two with en suites, as well as a separate bathroom, sunny courtyard garden at the back which is perfect for lazy BBQs, patio area to front. Parking is free directly outside (a rarity in Deal). There is an undercover storage area ideal for golf clubs, bikes, pushchairs, wellington boots, buckets and spades, and of course your pebble collections... We love Deal and want out guests to as well. We leave out masses of information about things to do, places to eat, local walks etc. and are always very happy to help with any other questions you might have. The apartment is just a short stroll along the promenade to some British seaside favourites. There’s a vintage ice cream parlour, amusements, award-winning pier, plus a vibrant high street full of independent shops and fantastic restaurants. By Train: The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from Deal station, with its high speed train links direct into London Kings Cross St Pancras taking only 1hr and 15 mins. Trains also run to and from Charing Cross. There is a taxi service in the station car park if you don't fancy the short walk. By Car: Approx 1hrs drive from the M25, junction 2 (via A2) or junction 3 (via M20). Deal is only a short drive from the Port of Dover, its Cruise Terminal, and nearby Eurotunnel Services. Its easily accessible from the Continent and perfectly located for a day trip to France. Just remember to pack your passport! The apartment is very child friendly and we provide the following childrens kit should you need it: High chair, Travel cot, Booster seat, Changing mat, Baby bather, Bumbo seat, Sterilizer, Bottle warmer, Bouncy Chair, Plug socket covers, Door guards, Plastic plates, cups and cutlery, Hand held blender, masses of toys and games. All our beds are hotel quality with 1000 pocket sprung mattresses, Egyptian Cotton bed linen, and hypoallergenic duvets and pillows. Towels also provided. We also have an additional fold out single bed should you want to sleep an extra person.

The house is unique for this location given its size, amenities and level of finish. No expense has been spared to create a unique and stylish coastal home set over four floors. All the five en-suite bedrooms have super-king beds, dressed in luxurious White Company bedding and the bathrooms all feature powerful monsoon showers. The spacious, state-of-the-art kitchen comes fully equipped with every item of kitchenware you could possibly need to rustle up anything from a snack to a gourmet meal. The main living area was the former pub's saloon bar, and in tribute to the building’s rich history has been fitted with a copper-topped bar, a perfect place to enjoy a cocktail while looking out across the water. In keeping with the pub theme, there's a second “breakfast and coffee bar” next to the kitchen, an ideal spot for a leisurely morning read. The former beer cellar has been converted into a cinema and is now a secret haven to unwind and indulge a media fix. Guests have access to fast, reliable WiFi in every corner of the property and a large washer and dryer for their personal use. The property has central heating throughout, with underfloor in the en-suites, making it a cosy bolthole even on the chilliest of days. By Train: The hourly high-speed train service takes approximately one hour and twenty minutes from London, St. Pancras to Deal town centre and the house is a ten-minute walk from the station. By Car: Deal is twenty-minute drive north Dover and well connected to the motorway network. One parking permit is supplied for guests use, additional pay and display parking is readily available.
