A unique holiday home, self contained with own kitchen and bathroom. Located within gardens of hosts home with outdoor seating and BBQ for your use. Located within Heacham, 20 minute walk to beach, some free parking. Hunstanton, Sandringham Estate, Holkham Hall and Wells next to the Sea, all within a few miles. All basics are provided dishwashing stuff, shower gel, shampoo soap Twin beds can be pushed together into a double. Fridge, Combi Oven, Hob,Toaster, Kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

Life here is about inside/outside living with a beautiful outlook over fields and plenty of grass for the children to play.

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

The Wendy House: a traditional 1960s cedar wood chalet that was renovated in 2017. Beautifully furnished in a luxurious yet 'Wendy House' style. Magical for children. Stuffed full of lovely vintage things. It is situated in a very sunny corner of a quiet family run site, 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Near great pubs, perfect after a beach walk. Warm and cosy. With a double bed and additional sofa bed it Has more room than you would expect. The contains a fridge and hobs and we can provide a BBQ for out door cooking. Whilst we welcome dogs to the property. We ask that they must be friendly and kept under control as the hut is on a working farm with other dogs and livestock.

Cozy and quirky, Olive Lodge is a peaceful countryside hideaway for couples or solo travelers. Explore North Norfolk’s beaches, villages, and Sandringham—all just 15 minutes away. The property is in a very rural location and a car is essential as there are no walking routes / shops nearby. We only accept 1 small / medium dog - please do not ask to add more than 1 dog as we are unable to accommodate due to the property being so compact.
