For breakfast you can choose from freshly baked bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and homemade preserves.

Local pub is very welcoming and serves lovely food. station 5 mins, market town of saffron walden 10 mins, Stansted airport 15 mins and Cambridge 30 mins drive. we have 2 dogs.

Our new Garden rooms are light and calming, backing onto fields.Deer, pheasants and barn owl’s can be seen most days.There is a patio at front and at the back where enjoy the view and also a BBQ available to cook your own food. We also have a Scandinavian BBQ HUT where our guests are welcome to spend a private evening of a cost of £20..There is lots of wildlife to be seen here and deer in our woods. Shops are 10 min away but a nice pub/restaurant 4 minutes by car. The trundle bed is 6ft !

The cottage is surrounded by beautiful rural walks through water meadows by the river and open farmland.

Located just outside Kimbolton 'The Old Stables' is the perfect place to relax. It has 2 king bedrooms with a feature roll top bath. It is spacious yet very comfortable. Offering ample living and dining areas, modern bathroom and a well equipped kitchen overlooking a pretty courtyard garden. An idyllic location on the edge of the beautiful historic village offering local amenities including a local store, chemist, boutique, and flower shop. The perfect relaxed weekend away.

Three storey, mid terraced Edwardian house opposite The Walks of Kings Lynn, a Regency park. Ten minute walk from the town centre, train and bus station. Street parking, Wi-fi available, solar panels supplementing the hot water. Sorry, no space for dogs or under 2 yr olds. Please check map, we are Tennyson road, not Avenue, which is the other side of the railway line. We have a twin room aswell which means a group of 4 can stay with the bathroom between the 2 rooms.

Chapel Piece offers a lovely spacious well equipped self contained studio with a self serve breakfast supplied in your own kitchen which has a microwave, full sized fridge, toaster, and a dual air fryer available on request. You have a lounging area where you can relax on your sofa of an evening. You have your own entrance to come and go as you wish coming through our lovely garden. Converted to a family home in 2005, it boasts a spacious 36 square metre guest suite with en-suite facilities and private access which we offer as bed & breakfast accommodation. With timber beams and vaulted ceiling, the suite opens onto the attractive courtyard garden. Breakfast is served in the main house or, weather permitting, in the courtyard.
