Note: This is shared space (unit 3F) and I will be in residence during your stay. We are steps from Brooklyn Bridge Park, and are are conveniently close to the F, A, 2/3 trains and NYC Ferry. Fabulous restaurants, galleries, shops abound. The loft is spacious and airy, clean and full of art and good vibes. You will feel at home here as you enjoy location, location, location. The William Vale’s Gotham King rooms include a bedroom with a King bed and a comfortable sun-lit sitting area in 260 sq. ft. of living space, and spacious, furnished 71 sq. ft. balconies with views on a higher floor. Gotham King rooms feature custom-designed décor, contemporary artwork, hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and master bathroom with a separate, glass-enclosed rainfall shower.

Our Deluxe Rooms feature spacious accommodations with modern elegance. These large rooms are ideal for business travelers who need more resources when traveling or for vacationing families. Deluxe Rooms feature two queen beds, one king, or one queen bed. Some rooms also feature a small seating area with a comfortable sleeper sofa.
