Surrounded by nature, it is a place to slow down the time and relax As it is very easy to get to the the good trekking paths and the roads to discover the village and the area; you have many possibilites to reach the markets, the town and secret bays: trekking, biking, taxi, buses. There is good WiFi to working homeoffice.(Turkcell Superbox)we changed our bed :)

Villa Apsara: Secluded Oasis. Big Pool, Epic Views

Renovated historic stone houses licensed by Tourism Ministry as a "National Monument". Located on a quiet hill at Fethiye's Kayaköy area, with amazing valley views, surrounded by lush nature/mountains. Villa contains 4 separate suites, each has own bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a living room or terrace. Fully private/secluded open-air areas include large dining terrace, big pool, garden. Rental covers entire facility and it's a great choice for both large and smaller families or friend groups.

VILLA ALICE Luxury house

Villa Alice is one of the most luxurious cottages in the area. 205 sq.m. Shops, local restaurants, bakery and a bus stop are just a few metres away. The villa is surrounded by high walls that guaranty privacy. It has a beautiful large garden with a swimming pool shared with another 2 cottages. Two Bedroom Villa. Two big bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. Jacuzzi. Large open plan kitchen and living room with 2 sofa beds that can easily sleep another 2 people. Villa can accommodate 7 people.

Huzurlu doğa içerisindeki yerimizde aileniz ve arkadaşlarınızla dinlenebilir, ferah bahçesinde keyifli anlar yaşayabilirsiniz… Not; Kış sezonu olan (01/11/2025-31/03/2026) tarihlerinde villamızın yüzme havuzu aktiftir ve çalışmaya devam edecektir ama havuzumuzda ısıtma sistemi yoktur. Amacımız temiz olması ve görüntüsü hoş olmasıdır. Tabi dileyen misafirlerimiz yüzebilir. Villamız kış modunda konforunuz için havlu terlik, battaniye, yorgan ve taşınabilir konvektör ısıtıcı sağlanacaktır.

Villamız 3+1 dublex şık mimariye sahip modern bir evdir. özel havuzu ve jakuzisi ile ferah bir bahçeye sahiptir. evimizin bahçesi dışarıdan kesinlikle görünmemektedir tamamen korunaklı bir villadır otoparkı vardır. Havuzumuzda ısıtma bulunmuyor kayaköyün en popüler restaurantlarının hemen yanında çok merkezidir 200 mb/ fiber internet mevcuttur . Ölüdeniz plajına ve Fethiye merkeze araç ile 15 dk mesafededir. Kayaköy tursitik mekanlar ve tarihi yapısı ile keyifli bir köydür.

Bahçesinde ateş çukuru, salıncak ve çocuk oyun alanı bulunurken, tarihi Rum evleri manzarasıyla büyüleyici bir atmosfer sağlıyor. The villa has been carefully restored to create a beautiful and relaxing rural getaway.Each boutique Cottage has a private area and the property is surrounded by gardens, fruit trees and a rustic stone wall. The property boasts panoramic views of rolling hills and sweet scented pine forests with a mountainous backdrop. Above the Valley you can see the sea twinkling between the hills behind the abandoned Greek Village that forms the heart of Kaya Village.
