The villa is also equipped with an outdoor barbecue corner and outdoor dining area where you can enjoy a delicious meal surrounded by the beautiful lush green garden overseeing picturesque mountains, blue hues of the stunning pool with soothing sound of water babbling from the waterfall that is sure to soothe the soul and invigorate an instant sense of mental tranquility. The Villa is distributed over 3 floors and has an entrance hall, living room with design fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms en-suite + 1 guest toilet. Most of the rooms have large floor to ceiling windows that give access to fantastic terraces with views of the mountain. In designing this villa, we had a sense of relaxation and serenity at heart and have fitted the bedrooms with jacuzzis where our valued guests can fully immerse their body in hot water while the sound of water flowing around you can stimulate an immense sense of mental tranquility and promote the best sleep of your life if you soak shortly before going to bed at night. The outdoor area also has covered porches with 2 separate areas with dining-room and a lovely lounge and an outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Indoor elegance should always be matched with outdoor style and sophistication. The villa flows effortlessly from indoors to outdoors with a flawless cohesion allowing you to make the most of the warm and pleasant climate! Very high qualities that makes this home a real luxury. It has a modern wooden lavish staircase that connects the 3 floors, beautiful marble floors in the bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, air conditioning hot-cold, pool with sun beds, jacuzzi, alarm and camera etc.

Viohouses, Fethiye ilçe merkezine 7 km. uzaklığında bulunur. Yapımı, Temmuz 2023 yılında tamamlanan villamızın, kendine ait büyük bir açık yüzme havuzu ve tropikal bitkilerden oluşan geniş bir bahçesi bulunmaktadır. 2 yatak odası bulunan 4 kişilik olan bu villamız, oldukça lüks eşyalarla donatılmıştır ve Viohouses özel bir mimari tasarıma sahiptir. Şehir gürültüsünden uzak, ailenizle birlikte sadece size ait olan açık yüzme havuzunda keyifli bir tatil için sizi bekliyoruz.

Jakuzimizde eşsiz gün batımı ve deniz manzarasının keyfini çıkarabilirsiniz. 4 yatak odası bulunan dairemizde, geniş balkon ve teras alanları bulunmaktadır. Her iki katta yer alan banyo ve tuvalet sayesinde, 2 aile birbirinden bağımsız şekilde rahat bir tatil geçirebilir. Özel otoparkı, Ölüdeniz yolu üzerindeki konumuyla tatil için rahat ve güvenilir bir adres yaratmayı amaçladık.

Levissi Lodge Villa,Fethiye nin tarihi değeri olan gözde tatil beldesi Kayaköy’de tarihi eser vasfında bir mülktür.Erday İnşaat tarafından tarihi dokusu ve mimarisi korunarak özenle restore edilmiştir.Dışarıdan görünmeyecek şekilde tasarlanmış havuzu ve özenle düzenlenmiş bahçesi ile sizlere üst düzey bir konaklama deneyimi sunmaktadır.2 kişilik kapasitesi, ek odadaki konforlu divanlarla 4 kişiye kadar çıkar. Havuz 12 ay açıktır. Havuz ve jakuzi ısıtma sistemi yoktur.

This character 3 bedroom house is surrounded by beautiful countryside. You can see the ghost town from the terraces. It has a stylish, rustic feel and is beautifully finished with classic marble, kilim and natural wooden flooring. Surrounding the house is a stone wall with gated entry, giving peace and privacy. The roof terrace has superb views and the pool is just off the living room. There is a local shop and public transport 5 mins away and private parking.
