On the stone flagged terrace is a wood-fired jacuzzi hot tub and al fresco seating for dining with a firepit and grill. Wood supplied.

Tucked away in the woods at the end of an unmade track, the Roundhouse is a cosy, picture-perfect 18th-century smallholder’s cottage. Nestled by a stream with its own waterfall, large garden, and luxury hot tub (optional extra), it’s the perfect place to unwind and relax in peaceful surroundings. Deceptively spacious, it comfortably sleeps 4 and is ideal for couples, walkers, cyclists, and nature lovers. Endless glorious walks start from the front door, with a hot tub to soak in when you return.

Artist’s Creative Hideaway & Sauna

Beautiful, inspiring, and peaceful, Arthouse is a place to escape. This converted art studio in West Dorset is close to Chesil Beach and the Jurassic Coast. It is surrounded by wildflowers and features contemporary art and sculptures by artists Rouwen and Reeve. The space is complemented by mid-century modern furnishings, high ceilings, and exposed beams. All doors open to a private patio and a naturalistic garden. The Sauna, located in the gravel garden looks out onto sculptures and plants.

The Milking Parlour has been lovingly converted to the highest standards from the old stone dairy barn in 2022. We aim to provide a unique and comfortable place for our guests to enjoy.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Ramblers Rest Perfect for walkers and those wanting to explore the beauty of the Quantocks and surrounding areas. Our spacious upstairs apartment boasts spectacular views over the Quantock hills - where you can often glimpse the local red deer - as well as views over the Exmoor and Brendon hills. The apartment is well equipped with a large kitchen, sitting room and two bedrooms. Bicknoller is a peaceful village that features a friendly pub serving delicious meals. It has a small village shop.

The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. The Roost is a unique 1 bed property nestled within the Quantock Hills (AONB). Its tranquil secluded setting has far reaching and panoramic views over the Brendon Hills and Exmoor. A stones throw away from the Roost are extensive bridal and footpaths onto the Quantock Hills, where you can enjoy a number of activities all surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and picturesque views. Gorgeous Quantock Cottage

This bright stonebuilt cottage is located up a verdant combe in the magnificent Quantock Hills. Outside the front-door is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Ancient beech, ash and oak woodland rise to the Iron Age fort on Danesborough hill. Whortleberries abound in Summer on the bracken and heather covered slopes. The coast is a 15 minute drive or an hours gentle walk to Kilve. Need more room? Then try its neighbour, and big sister, 'Gorgeous Quantock House'.
