On 140 woodland acres with old (rough) logging trails with views. Owner's home conveniently close but out of view. High ceilings, scenic window, new woodstove, indoor waterless toilet, outdoor sink and outdoor private hot shower (when above freezing); available sauna. 35-45 min to main ski areas. Pets ok!

Newly renovated 1-bedroom Whiffletree condo with an upscale alpine feel—just minutes from the slopes, access road, and snow tubing. Fully stocked with essentials and includes a ski locker for your gear. Shuttle in/out service available weekends (Dec–April), or ski home when conditions allow (check Killington trail status). Apartment in Vermont Historic Home

This lovely renovated 3-room apartment is attached to our 1885 Vermont italianate home, located is historic Middletown Springs, Vermont. We have been working on restoring this house, listed on Vermont's registry of historic homes, for a dozen years now. The apartment has its own entrance, full kitchen, and one spacious bedroom. The third room is a large sitting room with a shower and closet bath. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch, meet our chickens, and explore our garden.

This custom build apartment is located just 10 minutes from I91. In the winter you are 30 minutes away from some of the best skiing around. Located on 85 private acres with great views this is the perfect winter get away. In the summer you can relax by the firepit, hike in the woods, work in the gardens (just kidding), collect breakfast from the chickens or visit some of the local breweries. I am as close or as far away as you would like me to be with my house right next door.

Pico Mountain offers 57 trails with 6 lifts and is a family-favorite to avoid some of the weekend crowds at Killington. Less then 1 mile from the Long Trail and Deer Leap overlook hiking trail. Both fantastic must-do hikes when in the area!

Our place is great for couples and solo adventurers who enjoy their privacy, who want to get away from it all but be close enough to a more 'country-urban' vibe. There is a deck for sunning, quite a large front and back yard. A great kitchen for meals at home, a forest to explore and miles of trails to mountain bike or hike.

I enjoy booking my two-story in-law apartment with a private entrance, which is attached to my 1850 Poultney Village home. I am located a block from Main Street with shops, books, and eateries. I am in the lakes region of Vermont, close to both Lake St. Catherine and Lake Bomoseen. Killington is 35 miles away. We am also located a mile from the NY border and the entrance to Lake George and the Adirondacks.
