Vine cottage is a spacious but cosy two bedroom self contained annex that sleeps 4 people . Based in the lovely village of Yaxley, it is quiet and rural but close to travel links and local attractions. The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. Mistletoe Loft provides stylish contemporary accommodation. Overlooking the Cambridgeshire countryside, it is a short walk to the amenities of picturesque Kimbolton High Street (which boasts Kimbolton Castle, the final home of King Henry's VIII's first wife, Catherine of Aragon.) It is a perfect spot for walking, cycling, sailing and fishing, with Grafham Water just 3 minutes away. It is ideal for commuting with its central location and a 45 commute into London. A1 and A14 within 10 minutes.

The Barn. Hot tub optional extra.

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

A little gem in the country

This ground floor studio apartment is based in a converted garage/barn. This is situated in the grounds of a three acre smallholding, overlooking the field with ponies grazing, this accommodation will give you a peaceful break in the countryside, whether you are taking a break, seeking accommodation for visiting relatives or on business. The apartment has its own discreet entrance but can be used together with the first floor apartment for a family of four as there is an inter-connecting door.

‘Santina’ Shepherd's Hut with hot tub & open views

Santina is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! Positioned in a field behind our farmhouse, the shepherd hut is surrounded by farm land. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'details to note' re cost) or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

The Secret Corner

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.

The Old School House Annexe, Irchester

Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs or young children.

Lotting Fen Lodge is a separate self contained bungalow next to our own home. Finished to a very high standard including underfloor heating. Very modern and well equipped kitchen, large bedroom and living room, and lovely shower room. Own private garden with lovely views. Off street parking. We will consider dogs but you must ask first as we have some rules that must be adhered to. Please enquire first if you want to bring a dog with you.

Honey Hill Lodge

Located in the pretty village of Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire. Less than 2 miles away from the historic market town of St.Ives and just 10 miles away from the stunning city of Cambridge this ideally placed bolt hole is in the perfect location for exploring the area. Honey Hill Lodge is fully equipped and sits in a quite corner of the village and nestled in our family garden with lovely views across the lawn and the surrounding fields.
