The Garden Annex is a private, tranquil place. Its wooden construction is distinctive and cosy; and it’s centrally heated during winter months. It has a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. There’s a separate room with self-catering facilities; a dresser containing cutlery, glasses and china, complete with a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Staying in the Annex is a welcome experience, one in which you feel part of the lovely countryside around you.

The cottage is within walking distance from Keynsham with lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a trainstation (direct train to Bath and Bristol centre in about 10 minutes).

The Swan pub in Swineford is roughly a 45 min walk away & The Bird in Hand in Saltford is approx the same, all of which serve good food. There are many quality golf courses close by.

A great place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful night's sleep without interruption. We're just 15 minutes' drive from Bath Park and Ride, which is 10 minutes from the centre of Bath. Oh and if you would like a freshly laid free range egg for you to cook for your breakfast, just ask.

Shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, but guests can prepare light meals at home if they prefer. We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, Parkway Station, and to the city centre.
