Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. It has a double bedroom (5' bed) with huge picture window, a central main room with sofa bed leading to a kitchen area and separate shower room beyond. Decking and private screened bath. Duck Lodge, a boutique log cabin, is located in a serene village. This all-wood home is surrounded by a lush garden, offering a tranquil location. The well-equipped interior showcases eclectic furnishings, Sky TV and a sound system. Your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, 25 meters up from the lodge. To ensure a peaceful experience, we suggest enjoying up to 2 hours of soaking time - perfect for unwinding in comfort and privacy 🥂🍾

Ecopod plus day summerhouse and street parking

Our unique Ecopod was handcrafted in Wales, it is beautifully insulated with sheep wool and has a lovely smell of wood. The large double glazing doors allow you to make the most of sunlight, you are in the sunniest spot of the garden! The village has everything you need, four independent coffee shops, one bakery and two supermarkets. Further down you have the beautiful Hurstpierpoint, Ditchiling and Lewes, if you fancy more action, Brighton is 10 minutes away. FULLY HEATED for colder days.

Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.

Green Park Farm Barn

In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.

Victorian hideaway on a private road

No 26 is a deceptively spacious, light and airy semi-detached Victorian cottage located on a private road in the Keymer Conservation Area, on the edge of the South Downs National park. The cottage sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, has its own parking space with a charging point, and is located within easy reach of the A23 and A27. It is also an easy 20 minute walk from Hassocks Mainline train station, with fast trains to Gatwick, London and Brighton.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
