Public boat ramp is 5 minutes away. The house has plenty of parking spaces in the front to park your boat and cars. The home is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay. The boat is docked at the Perry Hotel, one of the finest resort locations in the world. There are 2 pools, 3 restaurants and a 24 hour gym on sight. The concierge can arrange trips for you, and a shuttle will take you to downtown every hour until 10:30 pm. The lobby is a great place to relax and mingle.
