Nestled in one of Miami’s most sought after neighborhoods, Design District, this tropical Bungalow style home has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a large outdoor patio where one can enjoy yoga, sunbathing , or just relaxing amongst the fruit trees. Our home is two blocks from Design District where you can explore the high-end designer boutiques, restaurants and art galleries. We are 10 minutes driving from the airport, downtown Brickell and the beaches of Miami Beach. Safe family area!

East Miami, perfect place to vacation!

World Cup is here! My home is so centrally located. You'll be within minutes of Miami Design District, Wynwood, Midtown, Miami Beach & Downtown Miami. Hard Rock/Miami Gardens is 30 minutes way. It's a walkable neighborhood, surrounded by trolleys, restaurants, shops and fun, fun, fun. You have a driveway for one car. Additional cars will have to park across the street or at the end of the block. The house is spacious, high ceilings and sooo comfortable. All crews accepted!
