The cottage has a full-size bed in the 1st bedroom, a twin trundle in the 2nd, and full convertable sofa in the living room with air conditioning, standard tub/shower, washer/dryer, 65" Roku tv, and unlimited wifi; everything you need. Our beautiful home is located off grid/off road, far from the crowds in southeast Alaska. You cannot drive to/from us. We transport you in our cabin cruiser on arrival/departure. Our fabulous location is ideal for for wildlife watching, nature walks along the trail in the forest, saltwater and freshwater fishing, canoeing/kayaking in the bay and adjacent river and self guided hunting for Black Bear and Deer and use of a 16ft skiff/25 hp outboard with saltwater fishing equipment, canoes/kayak.

Downtown district is 3.5 miles north where you’ll find the famous “Creek street” and other tourist shops and seafood restaurants.

There are also sea kayaks and paddleboards available to rent for use directly from the house.
