Magical, grade II listed 18th century traditional Lakeland cottage set within 5 acres of woodlands, leading directly to 2 private beaches on Lake Windermere. Relax in a peaceful, natural environment, ideal for friends, families, wild swimmers, cyclists, paddle boarders, hikers and for cosy evenings by the fireplace. Separately charged are a luxurious hot tub, perfect after a hard days hike and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower. A tuck shop, art classes and treatments are also available.

Set within its own private garden on our working fell farm, Robinson Place Cottage supplies breathtaking views of the Langdale Pikes, Bow fell, Lingmoor and more, right from the doorstep. A private driveway set back from the road offers a tranquil and picturesque location for any type of stay; inspirational work retreat or family holiday.

We are a family that love living here and have a self contained flat beneath our house, with separate access, FREE PRIVATE driveway parking, private garden, patio, BBQ all for you to enjoy. If you want to walk, swim, sightsee, chill, cycle, eat out or shop we have have everything in strolling distance. You will have full cooking facilities, dishwasher and a washer dryer. The en-suite bedroom has super comfy king size bed. We feel very lucky to live here and would love you to enjoy it too

Traditional Log Cabin in the Lakes

Traditionally built Log Cabin in a woodland setting, located between the mountains and the sea with views of the Western Fells Relaxing and Cosy Atmosphere with a wood burner. The Cabin comprises of a Kitchen, living area with sofa bed , mezzanine bedroom and adjoining bathroom ( I list this cabin for 2 or 3 people but would consider allowing up to 4 guests Please note this property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility due to access and the very steep stairs to the bedroom.

6 Bedroom house on Bassenthwaite Lake.

This wonderfully equipped 6 bedroom Victorian terraced house with stunning original features is located a stones throw from the top of Bassenthwaite lake in the Lake District with beautiful views over Sale Fell. It’s perfect for families looking for great access to the Lake District. It’s a short walk to the famous Pheasant Inn, across the road from Bassenthwaite lake and the Sailing Club and a short drive to the Lakes Distillery. Please note that we do not accept large adult only groups.

LODGE ON THE LAKE

Lodge on the Lake is a luxurious property located in a very special position right on Lake Windermere within the Lake District National Park. Enjoy uninterrupted views across the Lake towards the mountains from the privacy of the Lodge. The Lodge has a private setting within the 5 star Fallbarrow Park which offers that special break. Take a five minute walk into Bowness town to enjoy the many restaurants, bars and shops or a Lake steamboat excursion. Please note, pets are strictly prohibited.

Lodge on Lake Windermere

Situated right on Lake Windermere, our lodge is a wonderful place to unwind and relax while watching the magnificent views of the hills and fells across the lake. Water lovers are in a perfect place, to access the lake at the bottom of the stairs leading from the decking. Nature lovers can enjoy watching the many birds and wildlife pass by. Located on White Cross Bay, the lodge is in a fantastic place to explore the Lake District and it's only £3.00 by bus to anywhere in The Lakes.

West View Beach House - Cumbrian Coast

West view is a luxury property located directly on Nethertown beach. It is in a tranquil area with amazing sea views. It has a dog friendly beach, is great for fishing, has lots of wildlife and has the most stunning sunsets. In winter, enjoy cosy evenings with the fire lit. An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. Please note- We no longer have a hot tub.

Wasdale View Luxury Barn Conversion, Hot Tub, view

There is so much to see and do during your stay at our luxurious barn conversation. Holmrook is the gateway to Eskdale Valley and Wasdale Valley. Be sure to visit Britain's favourite view at England's deepest lake, Wastwater. A must do for any fell walker would include Scafell Pike, England's tallest mountain. Kirk Fell, Great Gable, Lingmell, Harter Fell are just some of the local Western Fells. Muncaster Castle, The Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway and sandy beaches are all nearby.

The Barn - What a view!

In beautiful Blindcrake Village, with stunning views of Skiddaw, the Barn is the perfect place to stay with family & friends, cycle the lakes… bag some Wainwrights… Bedrooms: 2 doubles, 2 family, 2 mezzanines (in total, sleeps 13). Large open plan communal areas. Drying room. Cockermouth 4miles (shops/pubs/restaurants/cafes) Keswick 13miles Bassenthwaite Lake 5miles Garden, space for bikes/kayaks, bbq, dartboard (bring your own darts!) Dog friendly (not in the bedrooms please).

Come and explore the lesser known and much quieter part of the Lake District. No long traffic queues and parking is much easier. Superb views of the surrounding countryside, Irish Sea and the Lake District Mountains. This accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Ideally located for walking, mountain biking, kayaking, golf or walks on the beach all within a short drive.
