You’ll love our Cozy Rustic Cabin's rural setting just 20 mins from Quesnel. Our cabin is great for families and anyone who likes to rough it just a little bit. We have a compost outhouse and shower with hot water, in separate rooms. The sunflower decor and pine furniture will make you feel welcome and relaxed. You can curl up with a book in the rocker by the fire or play one of the games in the cabinet. The kitchenette has everything you will need! Just bring your food, then relax and enjoy!

The word "Tyee" comes from the Chinook Jargon, meaning chief or big. It's a fitting name for a lake that has quietly anchored this corner of the Cariboo for generations. The lake is known for being spring fed, abundant with kokanee and trout, spectacular views of diving ospreys and eagles, and the haunting call of loons that echo their calls down the lake. This space was created for slowing down, breathing deeper, and enjoying the simple beauty of the Cariboo. The star gazing is so phenomenal
