This is a 4 seasons paradise! Situated only 8 minutes off Rt. 5, this retreat is quite accessible (4-wheel drive necessary during wintertime snows).

The Isabella Lakehouse

Our largest rental home, the Isabella Lakehouse, accommodates up to 7 guests. With 2 bedrooms and 1 master bath, it offers a 3rd queen bed located in a drop down sun room off of the living area. Enjoy a spacious living area, kitchen, dining area, 4 burner stove, full oven, propane grill and a dishwasher to make clean up a breeze! There is a wrap around deck overlooking the Kern River Valley as well as our very own vineyard! Great cabin! Please note a 6% bed tax is included in the nightly rate.

Enjoy some quiet time on a 20 acre organic farm located about 15 miles south of downtown Bakersfield with easy access off highway 99 and secure parking. The pond features two docks, outdoor shower & plenty of grass to play on. Enjoy some time in the pond with the provided paddleboards and kayaks or try some fishing. The home on the property features 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. There are working dogs on property - because of this, it is not a safe environment for emotional support/service animals.

Immaculate and renovated farmhouse estate, perched on top of a mountain with sweeping views of the San Joaquin Valley. A charming covered porch leads you into a breathtaking vaulted entryway. Upstairs you'll find 3 large bedrooms. The master suite includes an attached office/seating area with a woodsy charm. The two additional bedrooms are also oversized with distinctive touches, including a large private deck taking in the fabulous valley views. We are currently unable to host weddings.

Just a five minute walk to a magical 3 mile hike with babbling brook, majestic pines and endless snow play!

A small river flows though green meadows, 100 shade trees, grazing horses in the fields of this working ranch. A quaint bungalow or wing of the main house. Meadowlands cottage looks out towards the huge shade trees and acres of green lush meadows. Catch a frog or soak in the all natural cedar hot tub under the light of ten thousand stars. Mountain spring water flows through the taps, private river with swimming hole, hot tub, horses. No checkout chores.

The Playhouse at Spirit Walk (Off-Grid Tiny House)

Enjoy your front row seat as deer stroll past the windows of your tiny home! The “Playhouse” is a 100% off-grid solar home. There's a loft with a queen sized bed, a private bathroom with shower, and tons of windows to enjoy the gorgeous views! Adults Only. Spirit Walk is a quiet, meditative place. No Pets, No Smoking, No Children. All AirBnB revenue goes back into the land & forest. We continually plant trees & improve the facilities.
