It is a renovated mansion located in the seaside village of Kerames of the Municipality of Agios Vassiliou Rethymno, at a distance of 34 km from Rethymno and 4 km from the southern blue beaches. The property has 2 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, with TVs throughout, the kitchen has an oven, hob and fridge. The bathroom has hot water, a washing machine and a hairdryer.
