In the heart of Louisville's historic Schnitzelburg, an up and coming area full of neat shotgun cottages, whitewashed, and many historic Louisville pubs. It's only 3.5 miles from downtown and approx. 2 from Churchill Downs. It has a full kitchen, bath, in-unit washer/dryer, and sleeping space for 3 adults. This apartment is sure to meet every vacation need. The comfort-tested mattresses are both new with 1.5 - 2in. memory foam toppers.

We are very proud of our smaller home boasting a big personality with its cozy amenities that it offers so that our guest can truly enjoy their stay with no worries. This is a shotgun style home which means that you enter through the enclosed porch area into the living room & the home goes straight back with no halls & an open bedroom area in between. Very typical of the age & style of this Schnitzelberg neighborhood. It is on street parking & most times parking close to the home is no problem.

Full House near EXPO Center - Best Location in Lou

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located house. Walkable to the EXPO Center and very close to everything in Louisville. The main floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a full kitchen, large living room, and a full bathroom. You also get access to the suite in the basement with a queen bed, a full murphy bed, another full bathroom, a kitchenette, living space and a stocked laundry upon request. The home is great for groups or multiple families to share.

FYI : 1) I DON’T accept Louisville guests to stop large local party’s 2) 4 beds to sleep ONLY 6 people. I have a play pen/crib with sheets and mattress pad Extra guests over 4 pay $5 per guest per day. I have more laundry to do and extra supplies to replace like coffee, hot chocolate - Keurig pods, and other amenities I have for my guests. 3) I have surveillance cameras outside monitoring 24/7, Additional fees will be added for unauthorized guests not in booking.
