Quirky Tin Cottage near the Mendip Hills

Our cottage is a quirky wooden framed, tin clad cottage, sitting on the banks of a stream, next to our house. Although small it feels much bigger with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can sleep 4 people with the use of the sofa bed. It features a wood burning stove, (it also has central heating ;-)), a gorgeous mural across one wall, a veranda for sitting and watching the world go by, oh and it also has full WiFi, smart TV and sound system if this all sounds a little rustic.

Private Victorian Courtyard Studio w/wood burner

A cosy, warm and romantic room for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. PLEASE NOTE narrow STEEP STEPS lead down to the private front door, these may NOT be suitable for people with mobility issues to access. There is a wood burning stove and central heating. The Bathroom is contemporary in style with an electric shower, sink and toilet. There is a small separate area to make tea and coffee with a fridge, toaster and microwave. LUXURY MODERN STUDIO: Spacious studio with free secure parking. Newly built, Wi-Fi, fully heated and insulated for all year round use. The studio is set within walking distance of Ashton Court Estate, and a short drive from Clifton Village and Central Bristol. Additional double bed available for an extra 2 guests; £60 fee per night, charged on arrival. Please specify this to the host, at the time of booking. NOTE: this studio is a separate dwelling within the grounds of main family home.

Renovated recently, so everything is fresh, bright and immaculate, it sleeps 4 people comfortably, and there’s a double sofa bed if you have extra guests. There’s plenty of secure parking behind electric gates.

The Garden Annex has a double bedroom, spacious sitting room/diner, bathroom with walk-in shower, small well equipped kitchen and a private outdoor terrace. There is off-road parking in a lay-by next to the annex. Ideally situated for exploring Bath, The Cotswolds and lovely local villages Lacock and Castle Combe. Close to historic Corsham's shops, pubs and restaurants.

The Loft is a comfortable and relaxing space with a private hot tub and balcony, both boasting spectacular views of the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. Walks across rolling hills can be taken directly from the door or within a short drive you can visit Bowood Estate, the tranquil village of Lacock, or the towns of Marlborough, Devizes and Calne. Nearby are Stonehenge and Avebury, with easy access to the beautiful city of Bath, and transport links at Chippenham rail station and M4J17.

The Lodge

Located in a beautiful rural hamlet on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment this district is designated an AONB. Our newly converted cottage backs onto a small stable yard, is located up a private drive in a spot that is hard to beat for peace and quiet. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

Contemporary detached annexe in Bath

This light contemporary space is 25-minutes’ walk from the centre of Bath or a 20-minute walk to the Royal Crescent. This nicely proportioned annexe is next to our home but completely detached. It is a self-contained unit with its own entrance, off-street parking, and south facing garden views and private deck. This quiet and secluded location is ideal for a weekend in Bath or a weekday base for professionals. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Symonds Barn is a spacious converted barn set in the middle of Childrey, a village on the edge of the Ridgeway, only 15 miles from Oxford. Choose between enjoying an escape to the countryside, with delicious meals in one of the many local cafes and pubs and walks through some really beautiful countryside (it’s a 5 minute drive onto the Ridgeway), or take advantage of the nearby shopping and culture in Oxford, Marlborough, Hungerford or Burford.
