Beach House #1

A quaint cottage near the beach, Beach House #1 gives you the best of both forest and beach-living. It is located just a short walk from the beach, perfect for spotting marine wildlife or catching a kayak tour. Picture windows in the sunroom capture the midnight summer sun and the dramatic forest views. The cottage features a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a private carpeted loft with a queen-sized mattress. A double futon in the living room brings the total sleeping areas to 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, and the house also features a full bath. Guests can enjoy use of the picnic area, with a barbecue grill and fire pit. A crib and baby gate are also available if required.

Our lower unit is a beautiful apt with stunning view on Katchemak Bay right from windows or yard. Private gardens, lower deck. Located about a 1/2 mile from the Bishop Beach area, 2 miles to the Spit and all the ocean activities you can imagine.A full kitchen for those who want to cook their catch or restaurants nearby that are outstanding. We have a freezer that you can store your catch in, but check with me on freeze space. Well behaved dogs welcome. Poo bad provided. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY

This private cabin has views to leave you awestruck! Small deck and huge windows bring the view inside! Alaskan charm at it's best! Very clean and accommodating! Many of our guests tell us this has been their favorite on their vacation! Full kitchen & bath, flat screen satellite TV, wi-fi; cozy but complete! Heated Dry Cabin, with electricity Offering a retreat from the business of town with stunning views of the glaciers and Kachemak Bay. This cabin offers a kitchenette with mini fridge. we supply water on the counter for cooking and washing. NO RUNNING WATER, WINTER stays have use of a old fashioned outhouse. SUMMER guest have access to our washhouse with shower. . We are a small family ranch/peony farm. Located 18 miles out of Homer, on East end rd. about a 30 min drive out of town.

Historic Russian Cabin With Ocean Views

The hand hewn log cabin was built in the late 1800's by Russian settlers and is located in the historic native/Russian settlement of Ninilchik. (An idyllic village that sits on the Cook Inlet, through which the lovely winding Ninilchik River runs.) 180 mile drive from anchorage and only 35 miles from famous Homer, Alaska on the Kachemak bay. You will have total privacy but if you need anything im a 5 minute walk down the road and always reachable by phone.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
