"Captain’s Quarters" is a new construction home located in the waterfront neighborhood of Rivers Bend in Steinhatchee, FL. This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and delivers modern comfort, thoughtful amenities, and direct access to the water in one of Florida’s most beloved hidden gems. Outside, enjoy your own private community swimming pool, private boat launch and private docking, plus ample boat and trailer parking for guests.

Spring Warrior Pines

We accept extra registered guests. Plenty of land for boats and vehicles. Use the cleaning station for all your hunting and fishing trips. A fire pit to enjoy the night air. Swings for the kids & for the adult kids is corn hole, checkers & horseshoe games. Furry friends are welcome and have their own suite, if needed. (fee is $30 per pet)The perimeter is fenced. We have a Baby crib and Highchair for our littlest friends. Gas and charcoal grill is available, bring the charcoal!

Rather you are just relaxing all day to a full day on the gulf, you are going to make some of your favorite memories staying at the Cottage.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located along the upper Steinhatchee River. Located down a dead end road in the woods. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If you’re lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.

Come relax with us at the Coral Cabana, located in Keaton Beach, FL! Located directly on the water, you will have easy access to the gulf with amazing water views. The house is walking distance from the beach! Dock space is available for you to park your boat in the water. This cozy little house has two bedrooms and a loft, and can sleep up to 6 people. We are pet friendly! There is a pet fee if you choose to bring your pets. Limit two pets max.
