Moved to this location in 1925, Edwin Cottage is filled with period charm and character. We are located 4 minutes from the city and 5 minutes from Queens Park. It is a short 9 minute drive to Gabbinbar and 13 mins to the showgrounds. We have many food options within a 1 minute walk including a bakery, Fish & Chips, Chinese, Kebabs, Cafe, Spar Express and a liquor store.

Enjoy an afternoon drink on the deck and possibly spot a koala, take a dip in our pool. The spacious studio has its own kitchen, internet, fireplace for winter and aircon for summer.

Relax and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the countryside, or talk to the farm animals and wander around our property spotting birds, wallabies and maybe an echidna! Only 15 minutes to Toowoomba, but far enough away to see every star in the night sky. Recharge while you read a book in bed and watch the cows graze just outside your window, then enjoy drinks and a bbq on the deck later on while you watch the sunset. The kids will love it too!

Gumnut Cottage_ Upper Flagstone

Only 10 minutes from Toowoomba, this off-grid studio cottage gives you an escape in the Australian bush with all the comforts of home. We are located across a tiny creek, up a 1km winding, gravel driveway where the cottage is semi-privately set into the bush. At night, you might see the wallabies munch and bandicoots dig, and if lucky, the possums may come down from the trees for a treat. During the day you may catch sight of a lace-monitor lizard which may come running for a treat.

Modern & spacious 7 bedroom home, 2 bathrooms, and great living dining area that flows out onto a north facing patio. Close to Gabbinbar Homestead (2km) and Preston Peak Winery (8.5km). Set on a 600m2 block in a quiet street of Toowoomba most sort after suburb. Double garage, wifi, 2x smart tv & BBQ. STRICTLY NO PETS, or noise after 10pm. I’ve had complaints from neighbours & council for unattended dogs barking and partying after 10pm. Any further complaints may result in eviction.

This clean modern 3 bedroom private duplex has much to offer and is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to the University, Kearney Springs Sporting Fields, Gabbinbar Homestead & the Japanese Gardens. The home is fully self contained, all linen provided and reverse cycle air con. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook at home. I provide tea and coffee as well as basic pantry items. NBN internet available. Please enquire specifically re: pets.
