Αυτό το μοναδικό πέτρινο σπίτι χτίστηκε αρχικά το 1865! Φυσικα ανακαινίστηκε το 2024 απο την αρχή, στην ουσία με νέα ανέργεση. Εχει 3 κρεβατοκάμαρες που είναι στον πρώτο όροφο και στη σοφίτα. Στο ισόγειο έχει ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και κουζίνα. Συνολικά έχει 3 τουαλέτες , οι 2 μέσα στα δωμάτια και η μια στο ισόγειο. Επίσης υπάρχει καναπές κρεβάτι. Η πισίνα χαρίζει μοναδική θέα σε όλη τη Λευκάδα και ο κήπος είναι προσεγμένος.
